Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your ride. Booking confirmations will be sent via email.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of the journey unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and major payment methods.

Liability

Alpha Cabs takes every precaution to ensure your safety during travel. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Alpha Cabs is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Modifications

Alpha Cabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
